Organization

Led Italia has a comprehensive customer support organization to ensure quick and on-time technical assistance services. All services are organised from the main offices. We provide technical assistance directly or through external centres, called CAP, spread all over the Italian territory. In many countries, Led Italia has agreements with authorised resellers who are qualified to provide technical assistance services.

Personnel

All technical assistance personnel have a vast experience of industrial water-treatment, management and maintenance of evaporators. Periodically, they are trained at the factory to refresh and continue improving their knowledge. The courses focus on the technical areas and practical aspects of newly introduced models as well as the modification of existing models. These meetings represent a key forum for technicians to share experience and solutions.

Telephone assistance

Telephone assistance is available free of charge during working hours, from 8.30 to 12.30 and from 13.30 to 17.30. Qualified technicians at our main offices have a direct, dedicated line to reply to any technical question that customers want to ask. The number is: ++39 0434 516332.

If possible, the in-house technician gives the necessary instructions by phone to customer's employees in order to try solving in an interactive way the problem, otherwise, he arranges immediately for a visit by a service technician.

Spare parts and other products

Led Italia technical assistance service can supply you with spare parts and consumable items.
